2 Account Registration & Usage

2.2 KYC Verification

2.3 Password Security

Keep your account password strictly confidential. Heibaji will never ask for your password. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Heibaji and requests your password, report it to our support team immediately.

2.4 Right to Close an Account

Heibaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

• Payments sent from third-party accounts may not be accepted.
• Keep a record of the correct transaction ID at the time of deposit.
• If your deposit doesn't appear in your wallet right away, please wait 10 minutes and then contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile number.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus turnover requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Heibaji's bonus offers are attractive, but they come with specific conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus is exclusively for first-time registrations.
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per mobile number, device, or IP address.
• The specific turnover requirement for the bonus must be completed.

4.2 Turnover Requirements

Every bonus comes with a turnover multiplier. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x turnover requirement means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to gain unfair advantages through the Heibaji bonus system is strictly prohibited. The following actions are considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Claiming bonuses using false or fake information.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Creating a new account yourself to claim the referral bonus.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
